By downloading or using Taxi Career, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The party providing the game is Ali Rıza Yüksektepe. Contact: support@odexi.app.

The game and your save

The game does not require an account. Your progress is kept on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the save is also written to iCloud and is restored with the same Apple account when the app is deleted or the device is changed. If iCloud is not used, progress can be restored from the device's own backup or from the backup file created in Settings. If no backup exists, progress cannot be recovered.

Tokens and in-game items

Tokens, game money, cosmetics, the starter pack and the ad-free pack are personal, non-transferable rights of use that can be used only inside the game; they do not confer ownership. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or passed on to anyone else. Tokens and consumed packs are not restored from the store and are not included in the backup file. On iPhone they are restored together with the iCloud save; with iCloud turned off, they may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is changed. The ad-free pack and the Cabbie Card subscription can be restored with the same store account in Settings > Restore purchases.

Cabbie Card subscription

Cabbie Card is a monthly subscription. The price and any free trial period are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and the charge is made 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account's subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you cancel, your rights continue until the end of the period. If you buy a subscription during a trial period, the remaining time of the trial ends.

Payment and refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refund requests are assessed under those companies' refund processes. In-game items are digital content delivered immediately when the purchase is confirmed. For this reason, the exception to the right of withdrawal that the Distance Contracts Regulation provides for services performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods delivered immediately applies. If an item is not delivered or does not work, you can contact us; your rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.

Rewarded ads

The reward is given when the ad is watched to the end. If the ad fails to load or is closed early, no reward is given. The number of ads per day is limited in the game.

Rules

The following are prohibited: modifying the save or backup file, obtaining rewards by changing the device clock, bypassing ad or purchase verification, and reverse engineering or copying the game. No support is provided for tokens or items obtained in these ways.

Fiction

The cities, suburbs, people, vehicle models and companies in the game are fictional. Choices in the game that go against traffic rules are only part of the game's story; in real life, traffic rules must be followed.

Intellectual property

The game's code, artwork, text and name belong to us or are licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Liability

The game is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the game. This clause does not limit your rights under consumer legislation.

Changes and termination

The game may be updated, features may be added to or removed from it, and the game may be taken off sale. If the game is withdrawn, subscriptions are ended through the store. When these terms are updated, the new version is published on this page and the date of the last update is changed.

On Apple devices

On iOS, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies in addition to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not a party to these terms; maintenance and support of the game and claims relating to the game are our responsibility.

Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. In disputes, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in your place of residence is reserved.
