Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice

Taxi Career · Last updated: 22 October 2026

This text explains which of your personal data is processed, for what purpose, and what rights you have over that data when you use the game Taxi Career. It is also the notice prepared under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

In brief

The game does not require an account. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location. Your game progress is kept on your device and is not sent to us. If iCloud or Google backup is turned on, a copy of the save is also stored in your Apple or Google account. The outside services that process data are: Google AdMob for rewarded ads, RevenueCat and the app stores for purchases, and Google or Expo for clock verification. Personalised ads are shown only if you give permission.

Data controller

Data controller: Ali Rıza Yüksektepe. You can send your requests and questions to support@odexi.app.

Data kept on your device

Money, vehicles, jobs, tokens, settings and the rest of your game progress are kept in your device's storage and are not sent to us. If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, a copy of the game save is also written to the iCloud space in your Apple account. When you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, the save is restored from there. If iCloud or Google backup is turned on for your device, the save is also included in the device backup. These services are provided by Apple and Google through your account, and we have no access to this data. The backup file you create from Settings is saved only to the location you choose.

Ads (Google AdMob)

When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the ad is served through Google AdMob. While the ad is shown, Google processes your IP address, your device model, your operating system and app version, your interaction with the ad, and the approximate location derived from your IP address. If you give permission, your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, the advertising ID on Android) is also used to select ads that suit you. If you do not give permission, a non-personalised ad is shown. For these ads too, the technical data listed above is used for serving, measurement and fraud prevention. You can find out how Google processes this data at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Purchases (RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play)

Payments are taken by Apple or Google, and your card details do not reach us. To verify and restore purchases, a randomly generated user ID, the transaction ID, the product, the price, the currency, the country and the subscription status are sent to RevenueCat. This ID does not reveal your name or your store account to us.

Clock verification

When the game opens, a request that carries no content is sent to Google or Expo to check that the device clock is correct, and only the time in the response is read. This request contains no game data. The other side sees your IP address and standard connection information.

Purposes and legal bases

Verifying, delivering and restoring purchases falls under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment and performance of a contract). Clock verification and preventing ad abuse fall under Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Showing non-personalised ads also falls under Art. 5/2-f. Personalised ads and the use of the advertising identifier rely on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using the game.

Changing your ad preference

The first time you open the game, it asks whether you allow personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad preference. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this question is asked through Google's consent dialog, and you can change your choice in Settings > Ad privacy options. On iOS you can also turn off tracking permission in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads.

Transfers and processing abroad

Data is transferred to Google LLC (AdMob) for ads, to RevenueCat, Inc. for purchase verification, to Apple or Google for payment, and to Google or Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) for clock verification. These companies' servers are located outside Turkey, mainly in the United States. Transfers abroad are made by the means provided in KVKK Art. 9: appropriate safeguards offered by the service provider, or the occasional transfer cases under Art. 9/6 (where necessary for the performance of a contract, or with your explicit consent).

Retention period

Game data on your device is kept until you delete the app or reset the save in Settings. RevenueCat and the app stores keep purchase records for the period required by tax and consumer legislation. How long Google keeps ad data is governed by Google's policy. Requests you send to us are kept for the statutory periods after they have been answered.

Deleting data

Deleting the app deletes the game data on the device. The game save in iCloud is replaced with a new game save through Settings > Reset save. You can delete the copy in a device backup from your iCloud or Google account. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. To request deletion of your purchase record at RevenueCat, you can email us; so that we can find your record, it is enough to give the purchase date and the product. Once the purchase record is deleted, purchases cannot be restored.

Children

The game is not designed for children under 13, and data is not knowingly collected from this age group. Users under 18 must get the approval of a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

Security

Because game data is not sent to a server, we do not hold a database. Connections to outside services are made encrypted (HTTPS). Backup files are signed against tampering.

Your rights under KVKK

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to: find out whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send your requests to support@odexi.app. Your request must include information that verifies your identity and state what you are asking for. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find the response inadequate, or if you receive no response in time, your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.

Changes
