Veilcrown support
Veilcrown is a chess game with character pieces. Light and Shadow armies play on five arenas, and every capture plays out as a short fight scene. The rules are standard chess. You can play the bot at eight levels, play a friend on the same device, learn in the tutorial, and solve a daily puzzle. There are no ads and no timers, and the game works offline.
The store sells cosmetic items only. Nothing in it changes the rules or the bot's strength. Veilcrown is by Ali Rıza Yüksektepe and is available in English and Turkish.
Questions and answers
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases", or tap the same button at the bottom of the store. You need to be signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the items. Gold packs are consumable, so Apple cannot restore them. Skins, kill packs, boards, tables and theme sets come back.
Does my progress sync between devices?
Yes, if the devices are signed in to the same iCloud account and iCloud is allowed for Veilcrown (Settings app, your name, iCloud, Apps Using iCloud). Veilcrown saves to iCloud key-value storage, which can take a few minutes to arrive. When two devices differ, the game merges them and keeps the higher progress and everything you own. There is no Veilcrown account to create.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings in Veilcrown and pick English or Türkçe. The change applies at once.
Can I turn the capture scenes off or speed them up?
Yes. The scene speed button on the game screen cycles between normal, fast and off. Kill scenes only change how a capture looks, never the result of the game.
What do the bot levels mean?
The eight levels are labelled from about 400 to about 2200 Elo. The numbers are rough guides and not measured ratings. Your own Elo against the bots is shown on your profile.
I bought something and it did not arrive
Close and reopen Veilcrown, then tap "Restore purchases". If a purchase is waiting for approval (Ask to Buy), the item arrives after the approval. If it still does not show up, email us with the item name and the date, and keep your Apple receipt.
I want a refund
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at the address below with your device model (for example iPhone 15 or iPad Air), the iOS version, the Veilcrown version and what you did before the problem. A screenshot or a screen recording helps a lot. If the problem is in a chess position, tell us the move number.
How do I delete my data?
Veilcrown keeps your save on your device and in your own iCloud storage. Deleting the app removes the local save. To remove the iCloud copy, open Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage, Veilcrown, and delete its data. We never receive your data, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

Satın alımlarımı nasıl geri yüklerim?
Ayarlar'ı açıp "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesine dokun. Aynı düğme mağazanın altında da var. Ürünü satın alan Apple Hesabı ile giriş yapmış olman gerekir. Altın paketleri tüketilebilir olduğu için geri yüklenmez. Kostümler, infaz paketleri, tahtalar, masalar ve tema setleri geri gelir.
İlerlemem cihazlar arasında eşitlenir mi?
Evet. Cihazların aynı iCloud hesabında olması ve Veilcrown için iCloud'un açık olması gerekir. Veilcrown ilerlemeni iCloud anahtar-değer depolamasına yazar, gelmesi birkaç dakika sürebilir. Veilcrown için ayrı bir hesap açmazsın.
Dili nasıl değiştiririm?
Veilcrown içinde Ayarlar'a gir, English ya da Türkçe'yi seç.
Sahneleri kapatabilir miyim?
Evet. Oyun ekranındaki sahne hızı düğmesi normal, hızlı ve kapalı arasında geçiş yapar. Sahneler oyunun sonucunu değiştirmez.
Hata nasıl bildiririm?
Aşağıdaki adrese cihaz modelini, iOS sürümünü, Veilcrown sürümünü ve hatadan önce ne yaptığını yaz. Ekran görüntüsü ya da ekran kaydı çok yardımcı olur.
